Shelley-Luce-Santa-Monica-Bay-Restoration.jpeg When Canadian-born Dr. Shelley Luce arrived in Los Angeles to study environmental science at UCLA, she quickly learned that Angelinos’ water-using ways were both fascinating and alarming.
