17. Submission of Information for Inclusion in Database.
Through the Site, Company provides business that provide recycling services to provide their business information for inclusion in the Company’s database, which can be searched using the Site and/or Service (the “Database”). By submitting such information, you grant Company a non-exclusive, world-wide, perpetual license to include your business information in the Database. Company reserves the right not to include a business’ information in its database, at its sole discretion and without liability.
